Head Coach & Founder
For over a decade, Coach Cris has been a familiar and trusted face on the tennis courts in the Maryland community. As a certified tennis professional, he brings a blend of experience, patience, and genuine enthusiasm to every session. Cris believes that tennis is more than a sport — it's a way for kids to build confidence, coordination, and a love for staying active.
After years of coaching private lessons, clinics, and junior programs, Cris created Tennis Shots to give young players a fun, positive introduction to the game. His teaching style is upbeat, encouraging, and tailored to each child's age and ability. Whether it's a child's very first time holding a racquet or they're already developing skills, Coach Cris makes every class engaging, supportive, and full of energy.

Our Story
Tennis Shots was born out of a simple belief: every child deserves a great first experience with tennis. What started as private lessons and local clinics grew into a full junior program rooted in the Maryland community.
